Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Visionary Tech Consulting ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
Services Provided
Visionary Tech Consulting provides technology consulting, automation implementation, website development, and related services including but not limited to:
- • Discovery and Vision Session consultations
- • Custom system development and automation
- • Website design, development, and hosting
- • Ongoing maintenance and support packages
- • Business process optimization
The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or service contracts.
Payment Terms
Consultation Fees: Vision Session fees ($150) are due at the time of booking and are credited toward any service package purchased within 30 days.
Project Payments: Custom projects require a deposit as specified in the project agreement. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
Monthly Services: Website rental and maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Refunds: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. Project deposits may be partially refundable based on work completed.
Intellectual Property
Our Property: All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Visionary Tech Consulting and protected by intellectual property laws.
Client Property: You retain ownership of all proprietary information, data, and materials you provide to us. We will handle all client information with strict confidentiality.
Work Product: Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionary Tech Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services:
- • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- • To infringe upon the rights of others
- • To transmit harmful code or interfere with our systems
- • To misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- • To collect information about others without consent
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. For ongoing service agreements, termination terms will be specified in your individual contract.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
