Terms of Service

• • Starter: $499 paid once, or $99 at sign-up and then $99/month for 4 more months.
• • Growth: $1,299 paid once, or $149/month for 9 months.
• • Custom work: quoted in writing before we start, billed by invoice.
• • Your site goes live after your first payment.

After you send your details, we build your site. Then you get one round of changes to the text, photos, colors, and section order on the pages we built. We apply them within about 3 business days. New pages, new features (like booking or an online store), or a full redesign are not part of the round. We can add them as a Growth upgrade or a custom quote.

Payment plans bill your card automatically each month until the last payment. Billing stops after that final payment. If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, we may pause your site. It's restored as soon as the payment goes through. You can update your card by replying to any of our emails.

After your site is paid off, Hosting & Care keeps it online, secure, and backed up for $29/month. Cancel anytime by emailing us. It stops at the end of the month you've already paid for.

You confirm you have the right to use the logo, photos, and text you send us. We use them only to build and run your site.

The preview is free. Once we've started building your site after your payment, payments are non-refundable, but if we haven't started work within 3 business days of your payment, email us for a full refund. Hosting & Care can be canceled anytime and isn't refunded for a partial month.

Once your site is paid off, the pages, the words we wrote with you, and the design are yours. These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.
